Participants of the online training on Moldova’s EU accession process received their certificates of completion

Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE), in partnership with the College of Europe in Natolin (CoEN) and with the financial support of the Soros Foundation Moldova (FSM), organized today, 19 December 2025, the certificate awarding ceremony for participants who successfully completed the online training module of the programme“Training on Accession Negotiations at the College of Europe in Natolin: Strengthening Media Capacity on Moldova’s EU Accession Process (#Natolin4MediaInEU).”

The event brought together journalists and media professionals who actively participated in the webinar series delivered between October and November 2025. The online training aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the European Union accession process, with a particular focus on Moldova’s negotiation pathway, institutional framework, and key policy areas.

Certificates of completion were awarded to participants who demonstrated consistent attendance, active engagement during the webinars, and a strong interest in further developing their professional knowledge on EU accession–related topics. The ceremony was held in a hybrid format, with participants attending both in person and online.

The online training represents the first stage of the programme, which will continue with intensive on-site training sessions at the College of Europe in Natolin, Poland, in January 2026. The initiative seeks to support informed, responsible, and high-quality media coverage of Moldova’s European integration process by investing in the professional development of media actors and communication specialists.
