Project: Strengthening Moldova’s societal cohesion and institutional resilience against hybrid threats and political corruption

Period: July 2025 – August 2026 

The project contributes to strengthening Moldova’s democratic resilience, promoting the rule of law and strengthening social cohesion. The planned activities support the management of challenges posed by hybrid threats through strategic communication initiatives, civic engagement and institutional capacity building.  

Component I aims to increase the resilience of society through a national information and awareness-raising campaign to promote European values, civic spirit and national unity.  

Component II aims to develop and strengthen the capacities of key institutions responsible for ensuring public integrity and accountability to support transparent and resilient democratic processes.
