PROJECT: Enhanced Strategic Communication and Consultancy Support to the Ministry of Justice 3.0

The overall objective of the project is to raise awareness among stakeholders and the general public about the priorities and actions of the Ministry of Justice in the field of justice reform and advancement on the agenda of Moldova’s European integration.

Specific objectives: 

SO1. To strengthen the capacities of the Ministry to effectively communicate on the efforts taken to promote justice reform using interactive communication tools.

SO2. To improve the quality and speed of the Ministry of Justice’s interventions in the European integration process (analysis, reports development, timely responses to requests, ensure that all legal reforms align with EU standards and best practices).

Key activities:

Component 1- SO1:

• Development of the social media strategy to promote legal reforms, public consultations, and other key initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote legal reforms, public consultations, and other key initiatives.
• Development of (visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content tailored for different social media platforms) and curate content that communicates the Ministry’s policies, initiatives, and achievements.
• Development of explanatory videos and short video stories on the implementation of the justice reform.
• Develop and publish infographics regarding the implementation of the justice reform.
• Provide photography services.
• Provide guidance and training to Ministry staff on best practices for social media use

Component 2- SO2:

• Development of planning and policy documents related to the EU integration process with focus on justice sector.
• Provide support in implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission in the field of justice.
• Provide technical legal support during negotiations with the EU, in areas related to legal and judicial reforms.
• Analysis and assessment of the alignment of national legislation with the EU acquis Communautaire.
• Development of recommendations for the harmonization of Moldovan laws, regulations, and policies with EU standards.
• Draft or revise legal texts, ensuring compliance with EU requirements and best practices.
• Development of legal opinions, briefs, and reports on EU integration issues.
