Project: Strengthening Moldova’s resilience against hybrid threats

General objective

The general objective of the project is to approach comprehensively and systemically the hybrid threats that emerge in the electoral context by empowering and assisting Moldova’s relevant key institutions to build national resilience against Russia’s hybrid attacks and mitigate their most severe effects, to ensure free and fair elections free of foreign interference.

Specific objective

The specific objective of the project is to address the current and emerging needs of these institutions to confront the hybrid threats that target the electoral process, in a sustainable manner and in line with democratic standards.
