Analytical Note: Increase in the price of bread

The Bakers Association of Moldova and the Union of Legal Entities National Association of Baking and Milling Industries announced in a press release on 13 August 2015 a 15% increase in the prices of bread and bakery products. According to the press release, the new prices will apply from today, 15 August. Experts from the Institute of European Policies and Reforms (IEPP) have analyzed the subject and found the followings.
