IPRE organized a workshop for Debate Clubs’ coordinators
IPRE organized a one-day workshop for the young coordinators of the Debate Clubs from Edinet, Comrat, Telenesti, Ialoveni, Caușeni, Stefan Voda, Cimislia and Orhei. The event took place on 19th May and was held by the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE), within the second edition of the Debate for Development project.
The first part of the day was focused on what should the coordinators do for a better development of the Debate Clubs. The project trainer – Sergiu Cibotaru spoke about how to develop the local debate clubs, as well as about Advocacy skills and the ways young coordinators should communicate effectively with their community, authorities and stakeholders. All of that was teached through examples, lots of practical activities and interactive methods of learning.
In the second part of the day, Natalia Rusu – IPRE’s expert, delivered a training regarding the Regulatory framework of non-profit organizations activity, as well as Procedures and types for reports of NGOs. This training comes as a result of recently register by youth, 6 grass-root CSOs “Dezbateri pentru Dezvoltare” in the regional cities of Moldova.
